Registration fees
Registration and abstract submission deadline is due the 15th of July.

Once you have registered please make your payment via the approproate link below [professional payment includes retired/unemployed].
Please note: You will need to select the correct registration fee by adding them from the "View all" option. You can also add the optional extras here (e.g., conference dinner, fieldtrips)
Registration fees include the access to the scientific sessions, the icebreaker party, lunches and coffee breaks. Conference Pizza Dinner, the Wine and Oil Tasting and the field trip are optional and at your own expenses.
If you are a postgraduate student or an early career researcher (this who has completed his/her PhD within the last 5 yrs), take into consideration the possibility to apply for a TMS Travel Grant. Find more infomation at this link.
Abstract submission
Registration and abstract submission deadline is the 15th of July.

The Scientific Committee will inform the authors of any required corrections to the abstract, or of any changes in presentation format (from oral to poster, or vice versa), by July 31st.

Oral presentations will have a duration of 15 minutes including questions; please estimate an average of 12 minutes for your presentation (presentations should be landscape only, 1920 x 1080 pixels or 16:9).
Poster presentations: the printed poster must be 1 page-portrait orientation only (A1, 59.4 cm x 84.1 cm). If in the registration form you asked us to print your poster, please, send us a pdf file of your poster by October, 31st (be sure to send us a file with the proper resolution for printing). Prepare a 1 slide presentation if you want to give a 3-minutes flash-talk (landscape only, 1920 x 1080 pixels or 16:9) to introduce your poster.
